Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is covered by us for defective or incorrect items; paid by the customer if you return items for personal reasons, such as change of mind, wrong size selection, or no longer needing the item.

No restocking fee. All items are eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items with stains, odors, or signs of wear will not be accepted for return.

For returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost. If you return items for personal reasons, such as change of mind, wrong size selection, or no longer needing the item, return shipping costs will be arranged and covered by the customer.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We offer exchange service. For the fastest resolution, we suggest returning your eligible original item and placing a new separate order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. In some circumstances, it may take up to 14 days after the refund has been processed by us.
